I ***LOVE*** thin mint cookies so when I saw Edy's version of it, my hand reached out and grabbed it so fast I nearly went through the glass door! Got home and had me a bowl and immediately I wanted to run to the store and buy the other 5 cartons they had left to save for myself! I haven't yet...but I'm thinking about it!!My poor DH had to sit through my "OH, GOD, MMMMM, YUM" moaning while I was eating it and promptly suggested using it on himself so that I'd be giving him that kind of attention. Yeah, he was a bit jealous...
